Fully agree with V Production but if I can add my two cents.
Biggies had superior rhyme schemes and perhaps more word plays.
Tupac's power is his charisma and his story telling. He's not that technical when you really check his text, but he has something to say and he says it in a way that makes you want to listen.
That's why Kendrick is often called his successor. His texts are generally pretty straightforward and the rhyme schemes are pretty simplistic but he's a storyteller, like Pac.
