Meaning, as opposed to the original intent, which was to usurp the dollar, which was I’ll advised, couldn’t we create a layer 2, which would mechanically allow the dollar and BTC to easily exchange. This is just in reference to Doctor Laffer needing g a unit of exchange that has price stability as opposed to volatility. Basically, if bitcoin MOONS, couldn’t the Fed just increase the M2 to keep the dollar stable and vice versa on the downside. In essence as we heard the rumors of minting a trillion dollar coin, and as the US Dollar is already the world reserve currency wouldn’t something like this make sense and also allow us to spread the dollar denominated debt to more users so it’s doesn’t go BUST!???
