Monte Kaolino Alpine Coaster | Hirschau, Upper Palatinate

Rather mediocre in terms of routing, the Alpine Coaster on Monte Kaolino is nevertheless a highlight. First, it has a very nice and steep lift hill from which you can watch the sandboard riders before it turns the corner, and second, the "landscape" is unique. For example, this summer toboggan run was not built on a real mountain, but on a kaolin dump from the surrounding mines: according to Wikipedia, it consists of about 35,000,000 tons of quartz sand.
If you are in the area, it is definitely worth a detour.
