- When we went to the live show of America's Got Talent recently, we were already hyped to be able to see our favorite performers and artists on stage. But the real treat came when we got to meet Angelina Jordan while waiting in the lobby. Here's the story of how we met her, and what we talked about!

How tall is Angelina? I knew she was going to be tall when I saw her feet while she was still very young. At 2 yrs old, my doctor picked up one of my feet & said to my Mom, "are you ready for a 6 footer"? By 11 yrs old, I was 5'11-1/2", he was off by a 1/2"- LOL.

I don’t know what it is about her voice. Just about any song she sings makes me cry a good cry. Not many things in life does that to me . My heart is somehow in line with tone of her voice. The sound of her voice is so soothing and hypnotic that my mind goes to places in my past. Some memories are sorrowful and painful and just by listening to her angelic voice some how makes everything better and replaces them with joy and happiness. Voices like this only come once in a life time. God Bless You Angelina Jordan! Thank you for precious gift you have given the world with your songs.
Thanks so much for posting this for Angelina fans. She and her mother both seem to be such sincere, nice people. That's really refreshing for someone with her fame. I know she is not that well known to the average American, but the music industry is aware of her and I've seen photos of famous people taking selfies with her rather than the other way around. They see where she is going when she gets a little older & they want to be able to say "I knew her when she was a kid."

Today is 1/10/20. 4 days after AGT. You can't even get near that girl now. She is a superstar.
What a great moment captured on video. I'm green with envy. And HOLY SMOKES I'd heard that she had gotten much taller but you really see it here and she won't even turn 14 until January. I'm in constant appreciation that her family has done such a great job making sure she is protected and fully grounded so that she can actually grow up normally. :)

This was so cool to see, guys. I knew Angelina and her mum would react like this, they are so down to earth, but I enjoyed your reactions as well. I hope also...no modeling..she will not enter the Miss Universe contest also...some fans are suggesting she enter to promote good music & nice behavior to the wide world. Angelina's uncle/manager,mother & grandmother will not interest in any beauty contest. There's concentration for her is music/concert. Also her schooling.
There's something about the uncle that I just don't like. I'm not usually wrong. That's just my opinion. Luckily Mom is a constantly there.

Thank you so much for sharing this! I had heard from her on her patreon that she was in the studio working on originals, but from what I heard here, it sounds like that album is very close to being released!
I was the one that had mentioned that her mother was very tall. After a little discussion with some other fans, I think it was determined that she is about 5'6"-5'7" but often wears 4" heels, which would make her appear to be near 6' in many videos.
I also saw that many ppl have already corrected you on the age, so I won't. But if you go back to your first video you published with Angelina, I posted a little bio on her that has some information (like her birthday) in it. I always post the bio on the first video by new reactors so that they can have a little background for future videos. There's also a couple items in there that demonstrate what a beautifully kind soul she has.

Rusty Shackleford, I'm glad that you give out a little bio to all the new reactors. I, myself, have learned a few things from you. She really is a kind soul and a sweet young lady. I applaud her mother for watching out for her and bringing her up in such a good way. She is a breath of fresh air in the world we live in today. I hope the foulness of L.A. doesn't affect her. Sometimes I think she would be better off going back to Norway. She is a great gift to all of us and I'm so happy that I have found such a wonderful girl with a wonderful voice.

@@billharford9423 I'm not too worried about Angelina being affected negatively by LA. You can tell when you hear her talk in interviews, that she has a kindness that runs deep in her soul. She wants to sing to "share happiness", and "bring joy", and "spread love"... her reasons for singing never involve becomming famous or getting rich. There are many that go to Hollywood looking for those things, and they are the ones that are at most risk of being changed by the people and chewed up by the industry.
Rusty, it's not so much her I'm worried about, she seems like a very down to earth and grounded girl. And yes, she has never shown any signs that she has a desire for wealth or recognition. What I'm concerned about is the industry and machine that operate in L.A. getting hold of her and chewing her up and spitting her out. She's a precious commodity that we can ill afford to lose. Not to mention Norway 🇳🇴 seems to be a much better environment for someone to grow up in, especially with the political environment we live in today. I have never had any doubt about Angelina's character. She is in a class by herself and this world would be a better place if there were more people like her in it. Again, thank you for sharing the kindness behind the girl we know.
@@billharford9423 There is tremendous pressure on young performers to be political robots who speak from the same script. It happened over time with Jackie Evancho and Grace Vanderwaal totally sold out to the politics out there at the drop of a hat-and she is originally from Kansas!

It has to be a mind trip to be 13 years old and from Norway and to go around the world and meet random people who have seen your work and enjoy your singing talent, im just glad that the new talent coming from the world seems to be very kind and respectful, no divas!

That is so cool you met by chance at AGT and I am surprised at how tall Angelina is. I thought she was maybe 5'5" I think she must be closer to 5'10". What matters most IS how Humble Angelina is and how Beautiful she is inside and outside! Her singing ability is far beyond her years! AJ and her mum seem like lovely people - very grounded wanting to maximise AJ's popularity in a way that does not become too much. I wish them every success in the future. With AJ's very obvious natural musical talent and singing ability, I am confident she can have both the success that comes from performing as well as the time away, out of the limelight. She is riding the crest of a wave right now but with a talent like hers, she can afford to view her long term prospects of a musical career as more of a marathon than a sprint. No doubt AJ's voice will sound just as good if not better five or ten years from now.

Just caught this video after watching a bunch of of Angelina's videos. Man, you guys were so lucky to bump in to her! A superstar that's about to skyrocket! And her height...holy cow! She's sooo tall! I new she was kinda tall, but I didn''t realize she was 6 feet. Can't wait until she comes out with original stuff and seeing her promote her album. I'm a fan and can't wait for her new music!
What a fun reaction. I bet you they were casing out AGT since Angelina is going to be in AGT Champions Season 2 to be aired in early 2020. As a matter of fact, it was just filmed in mid-October. Something to look forward to!

Honestly, we had to double check her age after that because it just seems impossible that a 13 year old can be that tall. And it's not tall in a way where it's awkward, you know? Like a kid who had a growth spurt and limbs are too long and still has to grow in her nose. She's tall, like a model and graceful. To think that she still could grow 😮

First I want to tell you how much I enjoy your channel. I`m a Chris Kläfford fan and found your reaction videos when he was on AGT. I also want to mention another great young female singer and songwriter from Norway, Aurora. If you havn`t come across her production yet please check her out. She started to write her own material at the age of 9 (born June 1996). I in particular like the song; "Trough the eyes of a child". It`s not the most popular song with the most hits, but it`s beautiful. She has this Nordic mystic about herself. I will keep my eyes on your channel:-)

They had Lindsey Stirling (AGT 2010 alumni) on twice and loved her so much they put her as a big part of their Christmas special.

Let’s pray that mom, dad and gramma don’t let her get trapped in the black hole gravity well that has become the trademark of some of the aforementioned hit producers. Sure Foster’s artists have sold bazillions of albums, singles and downloads, but I think the Faustian deal they made was a loss of the unique signature that caught our and his attention in the first place. Just more fodder for the Grammy awards he’s not shy to brag about.
Let Angelina stay true to herself - pick her own tunes and treatments, and if that means she never fits into an easily marketable box - we’ll all be richer for it.
