I only see 4 items on your site. 3 frames and the camera mount. Didn't you say you will have motors etc or did they sell out already? Or will they be coming soon? I really love the research and development you are doing here and the flight video from this absolutely amazed me. I want this setup so dang bad haha! Whats the STItCH?!
With the Emax frame battery on top. What if you 3d printed the battery holder with a camera mount on top. Combining the bee brain and emax form factors. Would it add too much weight? Are you sold out already?
@@damienkrohse3374 yeah I don't think the toilet hawk is that great. Mainly because 1S is just really weak compared to 2S. It's not bad but after flying 2S, if you have any experience at all, you don't want 1S anymore
HOLLY MOTHER OF F.P.V.!!!!!!! It flys so goooood!!!! I need one!!! You need to biuld and sell this amazing tiny quad!!! It rips ball's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GREAT FLYING 👍😀👍 If not i might need 2 buy all that gear you listed and it will be my 1st build!!!
Plenty of people are going to support your business, keep up the great work. Really helps noobs on budget to have all your testing input and affiliate links to tested components of your builds.
It's funny seeing this come full circle. I got obsessed with micros about 2 or 3 years ago. After doing as much research and shopping around as I could, I ended up with some crappy 115mm 1.5mm carbon frame off Banggood, Racerstar 1103 10,000 kv motors, INDIVIDUAL 6a Racerstar ESCS (I don't think 4-in-1 ESCs were around yet), and the 65mmm KK props. BTW it's awesome you include the information about having to drill out your props to fit the 1.5mm shafts. I learned that the hard way after waiting 3 months for everything to arrive from China. I wanted a 2S setup, and bought some cheap 2S 350 mah batteries off Amazon. The AUW was around 70 grams (did not have camera/vtx. It was a LOS quad), and it flew okay. I was a little disappointed. My biggest complaint was the motors. They were cheap, rattly, and the shafts somehow popped through the bottom of the motor after pushing on too many props over the span of a few months. It's cool to see how much better the electronics are now, and I'm excited to try this setup again using "modern" technology....which I'm sure will be outdated in another 6 months :) Thanks for your hard work on the website. Looks great. I think I'm going to do the 1s configuration, mostly because I have a ton of 1s batteries and like the convenience of not having to balance charge haha
Great job, Bob. Honestly I think it’s great that you have a way to make some money from all your efforts at this point. You deserve it. You do a lot of testing and come to a lot of conclusions that other people don’t bother to spend the time to figure out. While, as a mechanical engineer, I sometimes cringe at some of the things you say even though you make it clear you’re just guessing (haha) I still think you have brought a lot of really good insight and knowledge to the FPV community and I hope you continue to do so by continuing to test many different things and many different combinations and figure out what actually works, no hype, and no BS. Kudos.
kenkamm kenkamm The penny just dropped. U commented on my comment to konasty the other day, thought hmmm, name seems familiar, but couldn't place it. Just now I agreed to your kabab comment, still didnt make the connection but had the same thought, name seemed familiar again but just couldn't place it. Just went to my YT comments page as I had an unrelated reply from someone else pop up, below that was your comment re konasty, penny dropped, same guy i just agreed with on this vid, you. Ok, just coincidence. BUT that's still not why your name seemed familiar. Well I'll be! Two words . Glyph shark. Bravo sir. BUT...........My brain remembered a name I didn't even realise I knew, from a 5 min vid over a year ago. WOW! I think maybe I have a tumour ;)
can I just say... I think you are one of the best content creators on the internet.** As opposed to many, you are actually good at what you do; you put in the time, the work, and the research to present to your audience some of the most value packed videos around. There is no click bait, no bullshit, just videos that are valuable, and I leave feeling that my time was well spent. And on top of that you are not just putting out videos for the views and the money. You are working with companies, doing that research, and your own development to improve the hobby. You are the epitome of what a community member should be. With all that, I say, thank you. **(I do not know how to put into words; but looking at your content within a content niche, and comparing it to other niches and the content community as a whole, you know?)
Thank you. I really really appreciate the kind words. Even when I teach dental classes I don't dumb down any information. I talk to everyone as if I'm teaching myself at my own level. If they don't fully understand it, they will after they hear it a few times. I don't like to waste anyone's time, ever. This is also why I just cannot waste my own time reviewing everything under the sun randomly. I considered it after learning how much some of these other channels make but I already have a job and I'd hate my life if it was only reviewing random items....for China usually. What's really sad is that the 'fake media' stuff ends up getting far more attention. All I need to do is add 'game changer' to every title and my views will probably double :-D.
I’m definitely ordering one when my auto check deposit hits on Friday!!!! You completely deserve any funds that your designing, research, and testing can bring you! Take care n stay in the air!!! 👍🏼😎
Wow, your philosophy behind this product is inspiring. I'm excited about your website as a resource and store, plus you packed this video with tons of information and awesome flight footage. Flossed more in the last two months than ever before!!!
Have gotten into Micros lately and been flying 2inch models, the chunky 3s drop like a rock non floaty kind and this video has me pumped for my first toothpick frame coming in the mail. This is awesome stuff! great information, Thank you!
smashed a few quads trying to fly like you. you can really rip dude. i love my 3' 4000kv baby hawk bi blade, they really fit my base criteria. long flight, long range, light weight, quiet, cheaper batteries, hd capability.
I was building similar things with the QX90 frames a couple years ago, with brushed motors. It was pretty crazy for 2016 on something that size, but even motors rated for 2S didn't last more than a couple hours worth of flight. The performance here with brushless is next level though.
I admire what you are doing. Very cool. I prefer ultra lights. Diatone 515 style with 1806 motors and 3S 850 lipos. 8 to 10 min flights. Now using canopy from new Diatone/Tmotors with small Mamba. And 5" biblades
It's been a while that something in FPV land made me stare in amazement like the Toothpick does. It looks like crazy fun. Good thing you opened a shop for it so people can stop posting "shut up and take my money!" ;-). Thank you for all your research and sharing your findings. I think this could become the craze of next spring.
You should show the toothpick to every review Channel to get more traction because this thing has a lot of potential and especially that this whould be a perfect first safe simple quad with excellent performance. Love it. I NEED one :)
YES! I've been waiting patiently! I'll order one as soon as all the components are available on your website. Huge thanks for all the work and effort you've been putting in this project.
I just want to let you know I like the way you do business and appreciate all your hard work. you and your business should be the model for others to follow. I wish you start this a few months back, so I don't have to spend so much time trying to figure stuffs out. I have a few builds over rotorbuilds and i'll try to refer to you and your stuffs where I can, so more people would know.
DAMN! on 2s....that's insane. These things are coming out like a machine gun....you and Dangerous Dan are changing my mind about these smaller drones. My current favorite is a 3" Brat. I wanted to build an X-Class drone, but I could build 50-2S drones for the money! Thanks for all the information. I enjoy your reviews
Thanks for doing this sir. I am in Canada and unfortunately, our politicians are trying to kill our hobby. I started with micros and then fell in love with 5-inch quads and started building my own. I am now faced with a decision on whether to stay in this hobby now. With all the negative media attention I am wondering how people will react here to the larger quads, so thankfully there are people like you are trying to find solutions. Again we really appreciate the effort and time you put into the R&D. Cheers.
Instead of quitting 5inIf you have a spare set of goggles offer kids and bystanders "rides" and show them the hobby. Also just be wise about where you fly. I fly near almost 4 airports 3 of them military with F-22s and F/A-18 super hornets and I just fly low and give anything that may be living or has something living quite a bit of room. Hope you find success!
*Complains about dogs..* over here the weather is grim / rainy and cold.. :P Great update sir! I AM interested in this.. Will have a look if I can get some friends together to order a bunch..
Oh man! Hearing you talk about the motor wires that are enamel coated extensions of the windings brought back so many bad memories. My first quad i built back in 2015 was the rotorx racing atom and i used their 1104 motors which have those same kind of wires. The rotorx racing props always flew nice though. The shafts on those 1104's bent way too easily and at the time the damn motors were as much or more than a 2204!
Ordered one 3 hole and one 4 hole frame 😉. I have a set of Brotherhobby 0804 10000kv motors for the 1s version and a Mobula7 that will be canabilized for the build. The 2s build consists of only your frame so far. Man I'm excited to see these being offered. Thanks Kabab!
I see lots of potential on this kind of frames, regarding things like new Canadian laws example, for you going to be stressful deal with logistics, resource parts, misstated orders, bad batches... etc, you named... but we appreciate a lot you strong effort to bring this innovated ideas to us, I just wish you good luck and ask you to never give up, this is future.
Cool, thanks. I'll check out your website and maybe buy one of these toothpick quads and try it out. I'm enjoying my Eachine Trashcan, and hearing you say that this is so much better definitely has piqued my interest
Thank you Thank you for al hard work and research! I was still working with brushed to find similar flight performance after many paltforms and power combinations I recently decided to floow you path. Brushless is the only way to go!
It seems like we have a new class of quad copter, like the tinywhoop but for a similar purpose as 3 inch. The footage looks fantastic (some could confuse it with 5 inch quads) and if its not to expensive (which it looks like it won't be) I might need to keep some money aside to get one. Amazing work you might have created a real gem. edit: pls think about us international ppls. Would hate to not be able to get one or be forced to get a copy due to shipping bs. (I understand it can be an absolute pain though)
I love this project! Great work on this. I've been looking into the exact same idea, these new brushless AIO boards with the receiver integrated have really opened up for ultra light but still punchy 1s quads. I'll be buying a frame or three 100% when they're in stock!
Great to see someone is trying to help change how it should be done. testing more testing before selling. I'm so sick of the stuff being thrown together with names that say it not even good. I see alot of gps drones that have app that don't work some don't even have the model in the app. Or not manuals. seems like it's more about numbers vs standards or quality workmanship goes out the door when it come to the companies over seas. Just not right wish people would stop buying from tell them to start making working good product. I hope to try yours soon but I think I will wait for the final motors . Can't wait to fly it
YESS! Ive been waiting patiently to hear its available, and here we are! I Love watching your videos, its nice to know im not the only person that wants to understand things completely and asks all the questions nobody else seems to. Awesome work mister! Thank You
Good project and content. I have had very good luck with the iFlight 0804 motors (incl the wires!) On 1s ONLY. You are so right about them being inefficient on 2s. Best of luck. I think these small, efficient setups are cool.
Yeah, does everyone in the city have to own a dog? I like them too, but every neighbor next to me, below, across, everyone has a dog in an area with 6-8k sq. ft. Lots! So not much room for them... And most are very big and many have more than one. Sheesh! Lol Been looking forward to this video about the Toothpick! 👍😁
OK, you're going to make me work for it, I've had a cart full at Bangood since the last video waiting for frame and confirmation of what parts work. I really wanted a 200mw camera that works, or a cam and VTX, maybe you've discovered a 200mw combo that looks good and doesn't weigh a ton? This video only makes me want one (at least) of these "Holy Grail" flying machines (Whoop that flies like a 6"). I was hoping I could just gut my Mobula 7 and transplant it onto a Toothpick frame. Looks like it's homework time. This is going to be another project that will no longer be the correct/best setup when the parts finally all get here. If you an get a kit together down the road, I'd expect they will sell quite well. Need to get to work and figure out which frame to order. Thanks for moving forward on this and congrats on getting your own website put together. Looking good!
Really like these micro stuff you are doing! Never tought they could be so harmless and so ripping... please once you get all the parts in your store make a kit of the toothpick that ships with every part you need to build the toothpick 2s. I dont want to get anything wrong because i can hardly get them :( keep up the progress! Thanks a bunch!!
Paused your video at 2 minutes in and just ordered the 3 hole ToothPick frame. I didn't want to miss out on this little beast. Can't wait to build it, fly it and probably crash it...a lot! This is awesome!!!
Amaxinno are a great company, their frames are well priced and excellent quality. And as they're based in Germany delivery to the UK is quck and cheap. Thanks Bob 👍👍👍👍
all i can say is thank you, iv been waiting for these toothpick frames to come out. iv jst ordered the hyperlite glide 5. congrats on the website, ill be visiting it alot buddy
HA! So this has now morphed into basically the same specs of a build i have and still fly from 2 YEARS ago. ~68g w/ 450mah 2s KK65 1103 8000kv (however it does have a full range RX and 200mw VTX :: brushes shoulder ::). However - that build required (at the time) a custom frame, a custom camera mount, chasing down the right drill bit and hand drill, soldering each of the tiny NOT 4in1 esc’s, using a battery with a connector no one uses and building a custom parallel board to charge it. It all took forever and was the biggest pain (but was fun). And it was worth it to have something safer for city use and just learning. I also only made it after burning a bunch of 5” quads to the ground and getting frustrated. Would’ve been so awesome if an easy solution like this was available which a huge part of what is so exciting here! So exciting to have safe(r), easy solutions with such performance for beginners or people that don’t want to zip around with a flying chainsaw in public places. Well done! and thanks for passing along heaps heaps and heaps of information. Can’t wait to try those AMAX’s. My OG racerstars sound like i’m dragging a broken grocery cart across a parking lot :)
This thing is fenomenal ! You've been helping me alot whilst getting into this hobby and I will for sure try to build this one once I get better at flying FPV. As always, great video! You are a legend my man!
Damn. This looks fun. I can’t wait to build mine. Looking to order one soon after I train myself for indoor flying with a Eachine qx65. Unfortunately been a bit busy with building other kwads.
For us to buy whole package from you avoid sourcing, shipping and easy to deal with support. If you can accept pre-order, then it will help to forecast 1st batch inventory + cashflow. Hope you will be successful and continue guide us optimal drone for fun. Cheers,
@@rapped1987 it will be at least a few months before we have all the custom parts even made and in stock enough to have a kit. We are heading there however
Can't wait, I asked in a previous video if I could run 2-450mah batteries, so this is great. I've only tried 4 of the infinity batteries(450mah) but 3 of the 4 averaged over 4 minutes,(longest 430) the other about 330(best flight times) I have lots of gnb, and I agree that they are better than everything else I've tried other than infinity, but 4 batteries isn't much of a test.
Liked, subscribed and waiting to be able to order the whole set from you! Even though I ordered the trash can last week. Like your content and the focus on those very light
I agree completely. The secret is already out in Europe, from what I heard, it's a really popular brand over there. I have two builds that use the Freestyle 3e frames and I love them, they're essentially baby QAV-Rs for 16usd.
Yannick G so true! I can‘t wait to get the new 2207.5 Motor. Also their 2305 2550kv is the most powerful 2305 on the market and easily competes with my Other 2306 motors
@@markiemark7018 I really want to try their 1407s now that they are available again. The 3100kv can spin 4in and 5in props. I was thinking of combining them with the Nano 5e frame for a 5in build under 250g auw.
@@markiemark7018 The hyperlite motors were once available at 2722kv, but they've been out of stock for ages. There's also the new Hobbywing Xrotor 1408-2400kv that's really interesting. Combined with the Nano 5e frame, I think it would have an amazing power to weigth ratio. Really out of topic for Kabab's video, but I could talk builds all day, lol.
I'm so glad you have made your own site. You have been the one person I have bee nbn inspired by the most since I have started. I hope 5in, 6in, 7in frames coming to your site as well? I would love to support your designs
Just placed my order. Was waiting for your recommendation on motors and as I suspected 1103 seems to be the most efficient 2s setup. Can’t wait to see how much power it has with XT 30 and 2s batteries! I have a Betafpv 2-4s ESC coming which is 25x25 mount as well. I’m dreaming of 3-4s on this frame with those gemfan props!
I was considering the XT30 but it seems you definitely do not need it....however I haven't run a 2S off the little prongs yet. Just a set of dual prongs...
The props start to wring out even on these 7500kv motors and 2S. They won't take much more than what they're giving in this video. I have the props coming in different materials from gemfan for testing along with the tribalde version as well. Maybe one will be better. I somehow doubt it however. I cannot fathom better performance than I'm already getting.
KababFPV Appreciate the replies! I will start with a F4 AIO board with my betafpv 1103s before I get too crazy. The power in your video seems plenty. What camera are you using in this video?
This little thing flies so freakishly good, I seriously thought the DVR footage was from a 5 in. And it was going to be an early April fool's joke. Lol. You got me hooked I'm building two of these MF"s 😀🤘
I really think this may be the quad that is just right for me. Tiny whoops you had to change the motors about every month and they can't do acro (I used an official tiny whoop) then I got my 3 incher that is very nice to fly as it does acro but I live right by around 4 airports and I think 3 of them are millitary so I can only fly it at 2 parks that are big enough and I don't have to worry about crashing into a F/A-18 Super Hornet. This quad I could fly in my house (With only a few mishaps lol 😀) and then on nice days go to any park that is outside of a no fly zone and fly it. I have always wanted to try tree weveing but my quad is too big and too fast. Good luck on this venture though I may hold out until I can get all the components from you. Safe Flying!
Very very very cool. I think I’m going to have to build one of these soon. Just had to buy a new used truck so I have to slow down on Fpv stuff now :-( but ima keep my kwadbox sub and that will get me thru. lol. I really can’t belive this small of a quad can move that well. It’s insane. Love it.
I'll have one before long once all your stuff comes in on your site love all your stuff it's always been great and just got into whoops so can't wait to build this thing and give it a go
I think 8000kv is the sweet spot for power vs flight time for 1102/1103. I've tested all the way up to 11500kv and flight times plummet for very little gain in power. I understand you want it quiet but those of us that built sub 65g auw w/2s included years ago found a gemfan 3025 prop cut to 2.25" is probably still the king of overall performance in this class but loud af so waking up dogs would be the only compromise. Many of the pioneers into 2s brushless micros refer to these as "old reliables" and they are the benchmark we judge things against. Just super glue them on the shafts if there are no bolts. You will literally never break one.
Looking forward to the expansion of the website. I really don't want to fuss around with trying different components. Just tell me what works best put it on your website and I will buy it.
Totally sick, for a stick. Ordering the frame in febuary for shure. It flies amazing, can't wait to mod the moobz with this frame, for some spring time fun. Thanks for doing this, it means the world to us micro uav junkies. Oh and this is deffinately the future of hobby, when it comes to regulations and stuff. Keep on designing, and improoving, and I hope you create more micro frames. You have my support, and I am looking forward to shopping. I really hope you send stuff to Europe, since we really need good micro parts, due to strict laws. I also hope that they will start working on some standard sizes for parts, so we can mix mash stuff we want. Great video, so much good info.
FInally I can buy one! As a side note, please offer a kit for the 2s spec of the toothpick. If it's ~$120-135 I think it would sell very well as it's a competitive price for a FAR superior experience.
several components for this build are on backorder at Banggood.. maybe I'll be able to build and fly in March/April when everything gets in stock/shipped/delivered.. ugh waiting sucks. -_-
Amazing.. This looks so cool. I may pick one up! It looks locked in like the bigger ones!.. Love the name as well, Can't wait to see what you next ones called.. lol
@KababFPV - Well, I ordered a 4-hole frame, so I'm going with 2S for long range with; Hoverbot Hummingbird 1103 8000kv (made by Brother Hobby) BeeCore Betaflight F4 Flight Controller OSD Integrated 4in1 10A TBS Crossfire Nano Rx TBS Unify Pro 32 Nano 5G8 400mW Lumenier Micro AXII Shorty U.FL 5.8GHz AUW is projected to be around 60g w/ 2S 450mAh I feel a bit weary about press-fit props going long range, but we'll ramp up to it. I definitely want bi-blade. For the camera, it'll probably be the "Caddx FireFly 1/3 CMOS 1200TVL 4:3" without the included VTX, cause I want the "0.001Lux" response (I'll remove the IR filter as well, cause I fly at night). I ordered a HCF7 (Mobula7) camera as a backup, as I'll probably need the 120-degree FOV. Hopefully I can swap the lenses and have the perfect camera, or maybe I won't have to, depending on whichever works better. The remains of this will go to enhance a Tinyhawk. 14500 Li-Ion 700mAh 2S = 39g / 10440 Li-Ion 350mAh 2S = 18g... Since these are built for 1-2s, you can handle safe discharge down to 2.5v per cell fairly easily, which Li-Ion enables. FFT anyway.
That sounds like one crazy quad. May be the most built out one yet. I'm still testing basic things like the FC and props. Once I finalize between the beecore and crazybee then the twin or triblade I can start doing crazy crossfire builds.
Oh man ive got a set of 9000kv motors off a mantis 85 that are super notchy that would be perfect for this! Looks like youve successfully scaled down the thrust/weight ratio of a 5 inch freestyle rig :)

Kudos.
Thank you. I try. I guess. I try not to guess too much :-D
@@Kabab Yup. Keeping stuff in stock is going to be the real struggle.
kenkamm Agreed. Well said.
I cringe every time someone tells me they are an engineer 😂
kenkamm kenkamm The penny just dropped.
You continue to improve this hobby. You're changing everything. Cheaper everything. Easier entry for beginners. Well done again.
can I just say...
I think you are one of the best content creators on the internet.**
As opposed to many, you are actually good at what you do; you put in the time, the work, and the research to present to your audience some of the most value packed videos around.
Snagged a couple 3-hole frames. Looking forward to building! Fun because I already have most of the other parts I need!
Right. It's nice to see people starting to realize the flying rock analogy.
I have been watching all your toothpick videos and waiting for it to finally come out, although I already floss every day.
smashed a few quads trying to fly like you. you can really rip dude. i love my 3' 4000kv baby hawk bi blade, they really fit my base criteria. long flight, long range, light weight, quiet, cheaper batteries, hd capability.
I was building similar things with the QX90 frames a couple years ago, with brushed motors. It was pretty crazy for 2016 on something that size, but even motors rated for 2S didn't last more than a couple hours worth of flight. The performance here with brushless is next level though.
Absolutely! 😃
I admire what you are doing. Very cool. I prefer ultra lights. Diatone 515 style with 1806 motors and 3S 850 lipos. 8 to 10 min flights. Now using canopy from new Diatone/Tmotors with small Mamba. And 5" biblades
I come back to watch this video once a month - just to marvel at the micro quad renaissance that we've experienced.
Yes I stood to make any significant amount of money from advertising or I would but at this point it's just sharing the fun
YES! I've been waiting patiently! I'll order one as soon as all the components are available on your website. Huge thanks for all the work and effort you've been putting in this project.
Glad you finally designed a website bob. We have been freeloading off you for far too long. Can’t wait for my toothpick. So stoked for it.
*Complains about dogs..*
over here the weather is grim / rainy and cold.. :P
Great update sir!
The shafts on those 1104's bent way too easily and at the time the damn motors were as much or more than a 2204!
your frame showed up in the mail today, looks quality! can't wait for the rest of the parts to show up and get this thing together!
Going to be watching your site to keep up with this.. Wanting to build a small one, and this looks to really fit the bill.
I ordered the 3 hole frame. Can't wait to start building and experimenting with parts!
Take my damn money bob! Ordering my frame now, can’t wait for the motors and props to be available 👍🏻
Your flying has become pretty epic! You are sergical with your moves! That toothpick is sick!
I'm really wanting one of these. You've really put something together that fits your flight style it's incredible.
Yeah, does everyone in the city have to own a dog? I like them too, but every neighbor next to me, below, across, everyone has a dog in an area with 6-8k sq. ft. Lots! So not much room for them... And most are very big and many have more than one. Sheesh! Lol
Been looking forward to this video about the Toothpick!
Caddix EOS2 has 4:3 version with NTSC and PAL, it works fine, and quality is ok, lens can be swapped.
But the jello is still awful
Omg can't wait till everything arrives at my door! Thanks for the frame offering
Looks great. Keen to build one as soon as you have all the parts in stock.
Awesome, can't belive the way that little quad fly! Sure I will get one
I picked up some Eachine QX90s and QX100s on ebay. I really like these smaller quads. Great flying btw.
Congrats on getting your site up. I'll pop in now and then.
Great job on the tooth pick.
Cheers,
yes, working on it. please feel free to standby while I work...
KababFPV Hey Kabab! Any idea on when the whole package kit will be available to buy? Do you perhaps have a mailing list for it?
@@rapped1987 it will be at least a few months before we have all the custom parts even made and in stock enough to have a kit. We are heading there however
Can't wait, I asked in a previous video if I could run 2-450mah batteries, so this is great. I've only tried 4 of the infinity batteries(450mah) but 3 of the 4 averaged over 4 minutes,(longest 430) the other about 330(best flight times) I have lots of gnb, and I agree that they are better than everything else I've tried other than infinity, but 4 batteries isn't much of a test.
450 batteries work just fine. It's all I use
Been waiting for the toothpick to be available to buy. Wanted to build one since your first video on it.
I feel for you man. You live in a beautiful place but if it's not the dogs its the lawn mowers.
You're so professional man, one of the best on youtube, you so deserve many many more subs to your channel. Keep it up!
25.4mm is exactly 1 inch
lol, DUH. I'm so dumb....I hate the stupid english system
Huh? Why are the Chinese using American rulers?
I literally had to scroll down and make sure someone commented this as soon as he said it lol
PCB measurement are in inches, 0.1 inch was standard hole spacing in PCB layouts of standard components.
@@alanjones4747 not for many smd parts tho
Liked, subscribed and waiting to be able to order the whole set from you! Even though I ordered the trash can last week. Like your content and the focus on those very light
I think more people should try AMAXinno stuff.
They have such quality motors for a low price
Yannick G that‘s a good idea
@@markiemark7018 The hyperlite motors were once available at 2722kv, but they've been out of stock for ages. There's also the new Hobbywing Xrotor 1408-2400kv that's really interesting. Combined with the Nano 5e frame, I think it would have an amazing power to weigth ratio. Really out of topic for Kabab's video, but I could talk builds all day, lol.
Will be ordering as soon as I get paid been waiting for this for a while for something like this
Nice work! I want one. I want one bad.
I'm so glad you have made your own site. You have been the one person I have bee nbn inspired by the most since I have started. I hope 5in, 6in, 7in frames coming to your site as well? I would love to support your designs
Excited for your website and the products
I've Built one of these and its insane, DM002 Props Drilled out 55mm or DM007 60mm props are way more.
Toothpick is here! I hope you have a bunch of them
However...you are one awesome pilot with these drones! Great channel and information, keep up the good work!
@@YahMyNameIsBJ Mobula 7 cam/vtx. All links to everything on the articles pages linked in the video description
This little thing flies so freakishly good, I seriously thought the DVR footage was from a 5 in. And it was going to be an early April fool's joke. Lol. You got me hooked I'm building two of these MF"s 😀🤘
I’m definitely jumping on this bandwagon!!! Such an awesome idea. I can’t wait to rip this
Got a MaximusFPV ByteSize frame on the road, for Tiny 16x16 stack, now i know what motors buy thanks ! was going to buy these racerstar..
Safe Flying!
purchased on the spot. was waiting for this to drop; totally stoked
Love it.
I'll have one before long once all your stuff comes in on your site love all your stuff it's always been great and just got into whoops so can't wait to build this thing and give it a go
Seems like the frames are out of stock already.
A preorder option and maybe a (mostly?) full kit would be really awesome!
In time there will be a full kit
These 7500kv are blistering fast as is for something so tiny
Looking forward to the expansion of the website. I really don't want to fuss around with trying different components. Just tell me what works best put it on your website and I will buy it.
I used those KK props on my brushed quads. They are good.
Respect, you did it. I'll be on the website when I get home.
This is exactly what I've been looking for! Thanks for setting up the website!
That was beyond ripping, you got the skills ,wow , love you videos, I learn so much, 👍👍👍👍
Totally sick, for a stick.
Yes. Please hold off on EU
@@Kabab I will wait ♡
Can't wait to fly like this dude. So smooth....
just takes some practice.
FInally I can buy one! As a side note, please offer a kit for the 2s spec of the toothpick. If it's ~$120-135 I think it would sell very well as it's a competitive price for a FAR superior experience.
In time
several components for this build are on backorder at Banggood.. maybe I'll be able to build and fly in March/April when everything gets in stock/shipped/delivered.. ugh waiting sucks. -_-
It's because of China New year unfortunately. But it's okay. There is more to develop....
Yo that palm tree loop was epic! Nice job!
Your drone piloting skills defy physics!! 😁😎👍💥
Amazing.. This looks so cool. I may pick one up! It looks locked in like the bigger ones!.. Love the name as well, Can't wait to see what you next ones called.. lol
Omg doc. You actually made a 1s flyin like a true 5 inch! Woooowww!
thank you for promoting kabab kobideh globaly you even can buy kabab kobideh on banggood because of your effort
Hell yeah I'll be picking one up this week if they don't sell out
@KababFPV - Well, I ordered a 4-hole frame, so I'm going with 2S for long range with;
Hoverbot Hummingbird 1103 8000kv (made by Brother Hobby)
BeeCore Betaflight F4 Flight Controller OSD Integrated 4in1 10A
TBS Crossfire Nano Rx
TBS Unify Pro 32 Nano 5G8 400mW
Lumenier Micro AXII Shorty U.FL 5.8GHz
AUW is projected to be around 60g w/ 2S 450mAh
I feel a bit weary about press-fit props going long range, but we'll ramp up to it.
Freakin' stable. Amazing tuning man. 👍👍👍
Oh man ive got a set of 9000kv motors off a mantis 85 that are super notchy that would be perfect for this! Looks like youve successfully scaled down the thrust/weight ratio of a 5 inch freestyle rig :)
I so wanna build one of these with your frame.
Good news about the site, hope you ad some 5" frames as well. Thanks for all the great info.
Yes they will
