It's a "Verb + result complement" structure, some other examples are like: 扔掉 - to throw away. 吃掉 - to eat all the food. 忘掉 - to forget. Para nosotros estudiar chino no es muy facil, creo que para ti tambien es dificil aprender español. Un consejo es tener atención a la pronuncia de las vogales. En español todas las vogales son cerradas, diferente del portugues donde pueden ser abiertas o cerradas. Estuve enseñando un amigo chino y eso hizo mucha diferencia en la pronuncia. 加油

This video is perfect! Pacing, subtitles, vocabulary - all so helpful. If I had videos made just like this I could learn Chinese without any other resources. Do you have this at multiple levels? I'm in HSK 4, and I would like to watch videos like this at my current level.
I love this video! I listened to every sentence, and tried to say it in a similar way to you looking only at the characters if I forgot something. Very useful for shadowing to practice pronunciation and intonation :) And... Congratulations! I learned that you only take shower once a day, and I believe that was because you took an evening run, if it wasn't, you will not take shower, 对不对😄
