Reagans speech at ‘92 Republican convention was excellent and the highlight of a dreary Bush convention and campaign. The Reagans were said to be disappointed in Bush’s re-election campaign.

This footage is a treasure because there's not a lot of video of Pres. Reagan during this stage of his life. One of his last major public appearances was at the 1992 convention where he gave a speech supporting George H.W. Bush.

    • @WolffeLive

There is a February 1994 speech as well at his 83rd birthday bash in DC. Former PM Thatcher also gave a speech. Reagan was slow, and sounded off, but more or less seemed he was lucid throughout the event. August 1994 is when he announced his diagnosis.
