I am glad there was no snow on the road. I have been driving mine, it started to snow maybe less than millimeter is on the road. Go to pull out from a stop into a road where its a blind exit in too a 45-50. Back end kicked out. I though I was going into a ditch. The only reason I wasn't is I had done racing school.

Cars tend to shut down or go into a "limp home mode" state, when you spin and then roll backwards while in gear (even with the clutch in) a bit, like you did.

This happens when the transmission overheats. Fusions do it all the time (especially in snow) usually just needs to cool the transmission off. (I could be wrong, but from memory I don’t think that’s off)

I usually drive my Ecoboost Mustang like that all the time, I find it more predictable with out traction control.
Nick, whenever you wanna reset your computer without a scanner, disconnect both battery cables (neg. First) and hold your cables together for a couple seconds. It'll discharge the capacitors that store the memory. Then reconnect your battery (positive first). Don't try this on the Lamborghinis tho. lol

I drive a 500 WHP F150 and i always drive in sport mode with traction control and advance track off. If theh broke id be going straight to ford to fix that shit. Lol cool video Nick.

You put the shelby into a limp mode of sorts, Not a reduced power mode but you have a code that is preventing you from selecting sport mode, . You need to clear the error code and you will get the driving modes back. Im not a service tech but it seems to me this might be the issue

Try just disconnecting the battery for 10-30 minutes. This should reset those codes/lights it's giving you.

Doing donuts isn’t the best thing on any car. In fact drag racing is a lot easier on them because you are only going all out for 12 secs. And taking a break. and road course is better for them because they were meant for that. The acceleration and slowing down ain’t near as bad as running the engine high for a long period of time. That’s where running on a highway for long periods of times tends to break things.

Yeah, you don't need sport mode with a stick shift to do donuts. Just turn off traction control. Mine is an automatic and you need sport mode so it doesn't shift out of first. I'm confused.
