Any one of us would face contempt charges for not addressing the judge as Your Honor.
Unlikely and dependent on the judge with their general and current mood. Most officials don't waste their own time on so much pomp anymore. That kind of thing went with most people in most office jobs wearing a suit and tie. As long as your demeanor and words are respectful, you'll be fine in most courthouses.
While most of us here don't like giving Trump any benefits for having held the office of President, it also _usually_ affords him some automatic respect in proceedings like this, just like people still calling him "President." This is respect and reverence for the office, regardless of (and sometimes despite) the person who held it.
I heard there was a baby napping INSIDE the courtroom too.
I bet both were wearing diapers - but only one was full.
