good day sir mag kano po ang bayad mag pa gawa nang ganito sir? 30sq. m . din sir... kaso yung 2nd and 3rd floor is boarding house 2 rooms each floor + 1 cr and bath......yung pang 4th floor is roottop na namin....sana matulong mo ko sir ....
