You might be allergic to fenugreek then. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean you can’t be allergic to it. There are other herbs you can try like Amla for hair regrowth

You can definitely use the powder instead of the seeds I do strain it with pantyhose you can double strain it with pantyhose actually if you don’t want any residue

The shelf life is 9 months. You can add vitamin E extend the shelf life of the oil. You do not need to refrigerate

So no it does not clog your pores. Castor oil has a low comedogenic score and will not clog. I’m currently living in Philly
