Really nice place. The tracks may not be for everyone but as someone who has lived by freight tracks, I've found it comforting. If I was buying though I would get some sort of contraption that could ride the rails if SHTF. Then you'd have the egress options of road, rails or water. Thanks for sharing
I was really unimpressed until I saw that red-tiled bathroom, and then I thought this has to be one of the ugliest houses I've ever seen. And right on the major highway between Portland and Lake Oz with a train running through it. Tear down potential if the price is low enough.
