Thanks so much for all the lovely get well messages, I did a "test" which thankfully came back negative but my gosh, its been a very heavy virus. I will apologize up front now, if you're in the UK you'll get this comment.. but I sound like Phyliss from Corrie for most of this vlog LOL
So, the week begins a bit later. I start off with the much anticipated trip to the hospital for the results of the sleep apnea test. As suspected, it was positive. I'm feeling quite upbeat about it though, if it gets me back on track health wise, I'd rather know what I'm dealing with. Unfortunately the virus
but stop to me actually using it but the one night I did manage to sleep with it went well. I'll keep you posted on how I get on with it. On another note William had his end of high school gala, I think in other countries you call it a Prom. He gave me permission to add a couple of photos at the end. For those of you who knew him from the early vlog days, hasn't he grown up.
Anyway I'll stop waffling as the vlog is already a very long waffle. If you're watching this in real time and you celebrate Easter, I hope you're having a lovely time.

Knitting is a must for hospital appointments. Glad to hear you’ve got a diagnosis. I hope the CPAP will help you feel more rested. My mum was diagnosed a few years ago with severe sleep apnea and she says it’s amazing how quickly it started to make her fell better! xx

My brother has sleep apnea and uses the full mask his only issue was air leaking at the top and making his eyes sore, he remedied this with extra padding. Good luck you will feel so much better being able to sleep properly. Have a lovely Easter and feel better soon love and hugs xx
I've heard that might be caused by the pressure being too high. I'm going to call the technician back because I'm sure the settings on mine aren't right for me 🤦😘😘

Dear Dawn, Happy Easter , hope you are feeling better, thanks for keeping us informed even you didn’t feel well! I love your hair this way so much! On the knitting front starting a jumper called autumn alpine by Caitlin hunter, have the yarn in stash , miracle although there is a kit out, hideously expensive that I’m tempted with 😂😂😸😸Best wishes from NY!!

Hi Dawn, sorry you have been poorly again, I hope you are gradually feeling more like yourself. If I go down with anything it usually ends up affected my upper respiratory airways, the after "cough" can be so annoying and frustrating, so I am sending virtual hugs and wish you success with getting to grips with the CPAP. Happy Easter Dawn, we are also having a lazy day. I love your hair that way, it's such a nice change. Hopefully the sleep apnoea machine will work its magic when you can start using it after your throat problem sorts itself out. Happy Birthday to Lawrence, I hope you enjoyed the new restaurant. I’ve been using a CPAP for over six years. Can’t do without it. Make sure to only use distilled water. I use the nose mask. It works. You will find it difficult to start with but please make sure you use it as sleep apnea can cause you to have a stroke or heart attack. Also make sure to follow cleaning directions. I have chronic obstructive, was having over 80 episodes per hour! Eek. In my instructions it also says to not use it on carpet but it should be lower than your head. Good luck.
Oh my gosh you poor thing 💔 I only have moderate and that's bad enough. I hope your CPAP helps you, I can't imagine having 80 episodes a night 😱😱 Take care and thanks for the tips 😘😘
Happy Easter to you an be your family. Glad to see you are feeling a bit better! I have two friends who use a c-pap they have worked wonders for them. Especially my friend who always would wake violently gasping for breath, always felt like she was choking. Felt so bad for her! But better now

I know, I thought these days were over when the kids grew up 🤣🤣 I'm glad for a few waves because I've not got the energy or inclination to blow dry right now 🤦😘
