Dunquin : The Pure Essence of Ireland

Dunquin is a beautiful village on the westernmost edge of Ireland.
Not far out in the sea, the Great Blasket island was part of the same until it got evacuated back in 1953.
These two tiny communities go a long time back and their amazing history and traditions are still there relative untouched by time and guarded by the locals who still speak the Gaelic language.
Dunquin is a must place to visit if you really want to meet Ireland.

I spent a couple of weeks at this great place, lived at Krugers and met and spoke to him! Nice man!
