    Thank you for this. I had a rough first time out this week. What would be good for a calf exercise? Mine were screaming

    2:07 sorry but this will not train the obliques, you need to put resistance on the twisting . The force is now going down and it has to go to the side so there is torque. A fix to this would be maybe lean forward or laying on the floor
