MSC Poesia has serious plumbing issues. My balcony cabin smelled like sewer. Many other areas on the ship smelled like public restroom. Mine wasn’t the only cabin with this problem. The crew apologized but the fact remained that it was an awful experience.
@@mareblu1778 That's not really relevant to _dated_ design. And I think there's quite a bit of "flash" on _MSC Poesia_ . Regardless, it depends on the cruise line. But, for the most part, I think you're wrong. P&O, Princess, Silversea, Holland America, Seabourn, Celebrity, etc; all have elegant, tasteful decor on their ships. Even Carnival is now moving away from Las Vegas at sea.

Preferisco cosi. Le nuove navi sono arredate in modo troppo vistoso e poco elegante.
