Please change your mentality on being a "burden" on people. You are not a burden! The other people ("all over the world", nearby or far away) are here to help you and some will gladly do so. I know some people, who I would be able to help decently without too much sacrifice from my side. But if those people don't let me help them, unfortunately, I'm unable help them, no matter how much I would like to. Maybe asking for help is hard, and probably a lot of people will not want to help you or even make fun of you or whatever. But you only need a small number of people wanting to help you sincerely (which you may not find if you don't ask for help) and you'll feel very supported. Anyway, I hope this YT journey will jump start your healing process! I think I may speak for all the viewers here if I say we all wish you the very best!
