What Sinner has done shows a lot of mental strength. He has won twelve consecutive matches between Cincinnati and New York, when it was learned from one city to another that he had tested positive for clostebol in March. It became public when it was announced that there would be no further punishment for the Italian player other than the loss of points and money from the Indian Wells tournament. The independent panel that investigated his case decided to accept that he had been contaminated by a massage from his physiotherapist, that he had treated a wound on the finger of one hand with a medicine containing the prohibited substance. Traced in the tennis player's body in a ridiculously small amount.
There was a commotion in the locker room, a media stir. He was unfazed. "I know I haven't done anything wrong," he proclaimed. Without shouting. He doesn't need to. Not even on the court. Authority is earned with actions.
Unstoppable, he won his sixteenth title, sixth this season after Australia, Rotterdam, Miami, Halle and Cincinnati. This season, he has won 55 of 60 matches, 35 of 37 on hard courts.
All in all, Sinner and Alcaraz have just officially overthrown Djokovic. 2024 - A New Era has come!

his English is sooo good (i am from Italy)....he doesn't look so much Italian, both as for his temperament and and for his name which is basically German.

His first language is South Tyrol “german” (Südtiroulerisch), very different from swiss deutsch.
It’s a german dialect similar to Austrian and Bavarian.
My german aunt from Hamburg always struggles to understand Südtiroulerisch, cause according to her it’s very different also from standard german (hochdeutsch)

Best tennis player since one year and counting. Better than Alcaraz, we can definitely say that by stats and by attitude, Jannik is more continuous. I think he's going to get more slams of Alcaraz at the end of the carrier of they both remain injuries free

He and Alcaraz will likely take a lot of majors in the next few years. I do think his game is a little better than Alcaraz. He goes for his shots but has more margin for error and more consistency and a little smarter on the court.

Sinner still needs to prove himself on clay and grass. That's something Alcaraz has already done.

Jannik is speaking eloquently in his FOURTH language. Tennis players continue to lead the way in shaming us Americans, some of whom are lucky to be proficient even in one language.

Grande Sannik❤ But why does ESPN allow misogynistic comments on its social networks and even to those who work as a "journalist commenter" on its microphones? 😢

Has that ESPN commentator former tennis player been fired after having defined Sinner's girlfriend, the tennis champion Anna Kalinskaya, a "second hand" girl?
That is disgusting and sexist, tennis fans are waiting for ESPN to kick him out.
