How can the officer open doors and move stuff around without the dog hitting first?
Dogs searches should only be allowed in major situations. Not everyday people. The system is so corrupt it’s a miracle
why are they still investigating marijuana possession....
Federal decriminalizing has not yet happened, most states have legalized it, but not all, and in the case of legalization, you still can’t roll down the road while using it.
But cops use the same tactics as with open container laws in these cases.
They are not above placing evidence, or destroying property in their zeal to find, or even manufacturing evidence against someone who they have decided they want to abduct though.

That cop going around opening the trunk and all the doors moving things around and removing them is completely unlawful.
After watching the whole video this cop is blatantly violated procedure and law..there is a reason they run the dog around the car and not let him roam around inside...that clearly a search.
Definitely looks like a “plant job”, where they have rifled the vehicle themselves, and then they brought the dog, and then they actually called for a rookie to come in and do the final rifle through…

Looks like a violation of the 4th amendment with illegal search PRIOR to the dog searching the officers were going thru the car. So even if they did find something that will be (Fruit from the Poisonous Tree) So unless there was consent which I didn't hear then this dept messed up.
