When he became a glitch the coding distorted his physical form because of how damaged the chip that Fazbear Entertainment dug up from the burned BurntTrap animatronic from FNAF 6. Sure it had a piece of his soul which is why when it was scanned into FNAF Help Wanted he was able to escape purgatory (UCN) into the game but the chip was damaged by the fire that his coding was a bit messed up 👍 (Also most of this lore is from MatPats videos ❤️)
