Hey Shen, I'm building a course on "How to Get Hired' and would be so grateful if you could answer a couple questions for me about job searching - if you are interested (5-20 min time commitment) let me know and Ill send the questions your way.
Starting with a HOOK, then having a well laid out body (using ✅emojis to break down points) and ending with a CTA - is how i recommend to structure all posts 😊Also don't forget about hashtags - they can help you get discovered by people outside your network 👌
The info you’ve shared is of great value. Everyone should be making use of LinkedIn posts, as there are many benefits you can get if you are active on the network.
Gosh! How am I just discovering your channel? I absolutely love your videos😍 I joined LinkedIn 2 months ago and just kind of lost my vibe to post or do any other activities on the platform. But now, I feel motivated. Thanks for sharing!

Great tips about LinkedIn posts. Liked and subscribed. I follow you already on LinkedIn so great to connect with you here too! I like the tip about asking for advice in your LI posts. I'll put that in action and see how that works.
I think that there is soo much content out there that we kid ourselves that what we write about is so awesome when, in effect, it is usually just another spin.
Yep it’s true. And people have been saying this since the Bible was written, “What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun.”
Great tips on how to get your tips seen by more people. You're so right, getting creative and understanding your ideal customer avatar- and what they want to see, will help with engagement. Loved the idea of competing with yourself and gauging off a previous post, not comparing yourself to Gary V or someone with a huge audience already. :)
Now I know that I need to click the post and like it right away, when people who I root for post an article on Linkedin in order to add value to them ;) Thanks for the great insight.
Thank you for the information. I have been working as an entertainer/cartoonist for over 40 years, but I am new at social media marketing. This was very informative.
I just started to share articles on LinkedIn. I wish I have watched this earlier but it is really helpful. I will try to apply all the tips here. Thank you.
Hi, This video was really helpful to advertise a business on LinkedIn. I have some questions and I would appreciate it if you can reply my question early. 1: How to get more followers on the company business page on LinkedIn? 2: How to share posts from the company page in groups? 3: How to get engagements on the Company page? It'll be better for us to have a conversation. Thank you.
Hey Amna! I'm building a course on "How to Get Hired' and would be so grateful if you could answer a couple questions for me about job searching - if you are interested (5-20 min time commitment) let me know and Ill send the questions your way.
OMG Madeline, I had to listen 4 times to absorb everything you said. Great information and I will get started now let you know how things work. Many thanks
Hey Anna, weekdays before people typically work, so in the UK around 8.30-8.40am is the best time that I've found> try to avoid times where people won't be on the platform, e.g. these are professionals so they are working during the day!
This is brilliant. Linkedin has always been a bit intimidating and I wasn't sure what to post and this is a great video! IYO should you NEVER post about personal things and always be about business? Or can you post personal things every once in a while?
Hayley Bell Thank Hayley, so glad you found this helpful! I’ve seen people post about buying a house, getting engaged - I don’t judge them but I personally would not do that. Then others post about things that are personal, like struggling with anxiety, or overcoming grief - I think while those things are not “professional” they impact professional life and so done right, those posts can be good. Did you have a personal thing in particular you wanted to share?
Awesome video, thanks for sharing. Going to implement a bunch of these tactics. I have thousands of followers, but not great engagement, will let you know how I get on.
Thank you so much Madeline! This is exactly what I've been looking for! I've searched a lot into learning more about LinkedIn and this is by far past the amazing mark. My question pertains to the networking side of LinkedIn. I want to talk about entrepreneurship and 3d art (I'm starting my own freelance business with my skill) on LinkedIn as well as create content around the niche but I feel my connections may not align with this idea. Do you have a video on connecting with the right audience on LinkedIn? The last thing I want to do is create great content and it not be valuable to people.
So glad you like it!! I don’t have a video on it but I go over it in depth in my digital course, LinkedIn for Thought Leaders, which you can find here: selfmademillennial.thinkific.com/courses/linkedin-for-thought-leaders

Thank you. I've been on linked in for less than 2 weeks so every tip helps. I have posted my videos organically, but will implement your tips. What name do you have on LinkedIn so I can connect?
Thank you soooo much for your tips! 2 questions: 1) In your experience, what do you think it works better: to publish blogs and articles within LinkedIn's platform or the normal updates directly on the "news feed" or both? ... and 2) When to post? Very early in the morning? or maybe during the afternoon when you know that people are not working anymore? Best Regards and again THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
If you are going simply for engagement: post directly on the newsfeed, no doubt. However, the downside is there isn't a way for those to be rediscovered over time (like a blog post does). Weekday mornings have worked best for me to post.
I have a small business so what type of article should I write should it be relatable with my business or should I cover the topics like social issues, food and the culture of my country as well. Please tell me

Great advice ! So are you saying it's typically better to just 'post' than to write an article ?
I noticed you put your RUclips video link in one of the Li posts.. when is it okay to break the rule and have an external link?
Is deleting old linkedin posts could disrupt the engagement that was gained by that old content ?
should I use emojis?
