Honestly it’s like this man never stops working. Putting out 2 albums, one before enlistment and another one after enlistment is crazy. His dedication and commitment to both his loves, dance and music is truly inspiring.
I am so impressed with this video, and it makes me love JHope even more. He’s such a hard-working person who wants to keep pushing himself and the limits of what can be accomplished. What always strikes me the most with Jhope is his unique voice, his incredible dance skills, never misses one beat in a song. And I think his struggles, uncertainty, dedication makes him the man he is today bringing so much good music and performance, he really slayed the stage, hope to see him one day live, but I'am living in the wrong country. Jhope you're smile makes the whole world smile, only a few people have this gift.

I was particularly touched by J-Hopes; how you share details that explain so much lets us see the complex talented person he is beyond his performance persona!

Never seen such hard work. Hobi oppa is one of the best person i ever knew. Even though he didn't receive much love loke others at beginning, he never gave up. All the members support each other and Hobi oppa will be first person.Eagerly waiting for rest of the members.
Thanks for filling in some of the blanks for me. I wondered that he seemed unhappy, or just not himself, in the days leading up to his album release until after Lollapalooza (sp?). I'm glad he got back to his dancing roots with old friends in old places. In the Lock/Unlock dance video, his smile was as big as I've ever seen, like he was laughing out loud. My favorite J-Hope.
I've been ARMY for 6 years. When I was initially studying the BTS members' personalities, I remember being blown away by how upbeat, happy and shiny J-Hope seemed to be. Then one day, it occurred to me that maybe he's really not that way at all? Maybe this is his assigned role in the group? And I thought, if this were so, then I saw him as even more precious and relatable. Because how many of us in our daily lives find the need to smile and cheer and do all of these outwardly positive things, when we're really just dying on the inside. Because I know that pressure very well.

One of the craziest j-hope things is that he prepared and filmed the Osaka episode of the docuseries while preparing for his headlining performance at MAMA 2022. And he did the NY episode while preparing to headline New Year's Rockin' Eve in Times Square. Man is insane. He handles stress and high expectations remarkably well.

j-hope ( the write way to write his stage name - in lowercase) wrote a part of Blue and Grey. j-hope (Jung Ho-seok), who wrote and performed the song’s rap overlay including the gray rhino lyric. j-hope begins discussing the concept around 9 :10 in the video (on the link below,) explaining that “It’s also a term used in economics… It’s a term used to describe a danger that you’re aware is approaching, but you neglect and ignore it. Grey rhino is used to describe those dangers. And when I used that term it was like having a face-to-face with myself. The job I have has many dangerous factors, and there are other dangerous factors. But for these parts I have to carry with me the dangers I can’t be sure of.
