Stratego - Ranked Game on Strategus #50

Good game with Matice - another game that I managed to have go my way in the end. A pretty even game, and I felt we played pretty evenly, but I was able to get an advantage in smaller pieces that I held onto all the way to the end to fuel a very trade-heavy victory.

I'm another person sent by acollierastro, can't remember if I've commented before. So happy that you're uploading regularly! I like the chill commentary that guides us through your thought process, as well as the nostalgia factor. I last played this game at my grandmother's house when I was a kid. Didn't have a clue what I was doing at the time, but my imagination worked wonders with the minimalist art and the cool piece names. The miner was called the sapper in that set. From watching your gameplay I like to think I have some idea of how to play a decent game now, although it's one thing to recognise the ideas and another thing to put them into practice. That is all - wishing you continued success in Stratego, RUclips and life!

I am a FM with a 2189 ELO, but when I play Stratego, I seem like an ELO 1000 player.
I started playing this game about 2 weeks ago. Initially, I thought it would be easy cuz it looked like chess, but it turned out to be more challenging and abstract, I really enjoy the skill of bluffing and tactics.
