Wild Thing Part 6

Like everyone says. The descent is the worst part! That was particularly true for this one. Well the actual descent wasn't bad but the hike back was horrific. We made it across the lake just as it was getting dark, our feet were so numb we had to stop and make a fire to warm them up. After an hour or so we continued to hike knowing our car was only two miles away. But with our headlamps going bad and our bodies being completely exhausted we ended up doing a complete circle. We sat down in the snow and shivered the rest of the night till the sun came up.
