Please do mention this in your next comment on the recent developments in Ladakhs.
Also ask DSSRB kargil to include candidates having computer certificate from private Institute recognized by Government in the typing test to be held soon. As disqualifying them wouldn't be justified.
The disqualification of candidates in the recent Junior Assistant exam by DSSRB on the basis of their computer diploma certificates is unjust. This criteria wasn't specified before Ladakh became a UT, and candidates weren't informed that only NIELIT approved certificates would be accepted. The official notification mentioned a 6-month computer certificate course from a government-recognized institute, not specifically NIELIT. This raises concerns about the fairness of the process and may adversely affect graduate candidates.
