how many songs does she really sing live? I saw some videos of different songs such as papi, on the floor and love don't cost a thing, but this is the first real live song :(

Waiting for Tonight was live, but could tell. It's not easy. When it comes to dance songs with complex choreographies most singers will use a back-up track and only sing parts of the song over it, or have the back-up singers take over the hard parts, or lip sync the whole song. Audiences get that. It's when they overdo it that the audience should feel cheated (Britney Spears comes to mind).
The only exception being Pink.
