Over 20 years ago, I was run over by my kid’s mom. One of my kids still has a close relationship with her talking every week or two. The other talks with her one or two times a year. Not that he has an issue they just don’t really know each other. What she is to me is far different then what she is to them and life moves on. You will see where he stands with them years from now.

Yes. I understand that first day because they had 3 people telling a similar story. Especially Tylee backing them up. But when Charles' body was moved and the bullet evidence showed he was shot lying on the floor they didn't do their job. The horror of it was the timing. How long did Charles struggle after the first shot. He didn't die. And finally Alex shot him again. How horrible.

🤣They probably do. They are exalted beings after all. Using the phone is subterfuge. They visit each other thru the portal and “the storm’ and “the goddess” whoop it up. Then back to their respective jails for another day of talking to all the people they have killed to check they are happy. Oh! Nearly forgot-- and very busy.

In my home state, Iowa, it is prohibited for inmates to communicate by letters. They're not allowed to send letters from one penitentiary to another. They can send a letter to someone on the outside and that person can mail it to another prison. They also remove any stickers/stamps that might be on the envelope and/or letter.
If I were to rule no one would be able to contact anyone except their lawyer. No family no other inmate.

Thank you Nate. Guaranteed Chad's kids are strongly suggesting he not communicate at all with Lori as I'm sure his lawyer is doing same. They want his defence at trial to be Lori manipulated him throughout their time together. However imo they are still madly infatuated with each other🤦♀️🤦♂️

Spouses cannot be compelled to testify against each other, though they can choose to. Non-spouses can be subpoenaed and forced to testify.
@@gribble2979 right! That's why I'm asking this question. Lori most likely killed 2 others (that we're aware of) before meeting Chad. Was wondering if divorcing her to distance himself from her, might work in his favor.

Somehow i went to a site a few years back where Chad was a speaker about almost dying and coming back. I got the creepiest feeling. They were all meeting in a SLC place. Im so glad i knew it felt evil. They are not Mormons, not even close.

Are you sure all letters are read? My son knew someone in jail and a somewhat accusatory, threatening letter was sent to him, to my home via mail regarding him and our family. This was awhile back but i thought then mail was monitored from all jails.

Was Chad calling Lori while she was in jail? In all the jails and prisons I'm aware of, the calls are one-way and can only be made by the inmate.
When my son was in prison, I would occasionally call the prison and ask them to have him call me
They can always chat through their portals!
There are always cellphones in prison. The questions are 1. Do they both have access to one? and 2. Do both of them want to talk to each other?
I can’t speak for Idaho, but I don’t think jail/ prison to jail/prison is usually allowed.
I’m not sure I can sit through a lengthy trial listening to “Frankly, your honor” Prior for 8 whole weeks! Poor jurors!
They will just be passing letters to each other via attorneys on visits.

In Florida here,they have Jail Mail. Persons pay for the data time. Prisoners have a Ipad of sorts. Thet text their mail.
Chad is facing 3 first degree murder charges. H e shouldn't be allowed phone calls from anyone least of all his co-conspirator in murder.
