Take your Pitman arm off turn the steering wheel so that it's right side up and put your Pitman arm back on.

The one flat piece you have with the square hole in. It sits on top of your spring before you put it into the frame
The small chrome pieces are for roadsters wing windows,or wind reflectors that mount to windshield posts.

Technically its an adjustable wrench, Cresent is a brand name...

Reely odd comment! This adjustable wrench is origin a Swedish invention and called in swedish "skiftnyckel" or for the older "skruvnyckel".
