Thanks for the video I love 70 super bees I'm a geezer now so I can't build cars anymore back in 1974 my best friend bought a 70 Dodge Super Bee it was triple black it was a 4:40 it was a pistol grip for Speed it has your grip had front disc brakes manual carpet delete radio delete heater delete who ordered this car it was $1,600 on a used car lot it had a cracked windshield that's all that was wrong with it in the trunk was a center section with 355 the center section that was in the car had 391s the factory wheels and tires were also came with the car we had a blast this was a cool ride headers cam better intake better carb we got this car to running a high 11s at the quarter mile with slicks what a fun car it still exists in New Berlin Wisconsin the guy who owns it now restarted about 20 years ago it's all back to stock what oddball have a great day I'll keep watching
If you don't find a buyer, do you think a local type technical school could do something with it? It seems like they could get all kinds of body and drivetrain experience.
We bought a 67 Coronet for a case of beer and a bottle of rum I bought a tubular cross member with all the parts and an engine plate one day we will get to it our 71 Cuda drag car is getting the 440 in my Sons 71 Satellite till the body work on it the Cuda will get a 392 Hemi when the Satellite is done decided to put a smallblock in our Duster have all the parts and the Hooker stainless fenderwall Headers will look so good on the Cuda with a tunnel ram minus hood and fiberglass front clip and doors if I had room for the 70 Bee I'd love to take it if we didn't have 2 mud racers also
The question should be, who doesn't want to save a 70 super bee ? I built a model of that car back in the 1990s. Never was and never will be able to afford one.
There may only be a handful of people who LOVE the 1970 Super Bee more than I do! However, on this particular ‘project’ it wouldn’t make ‘dollar-sense’ to continue. I’m subscribed and Love Mopar Connection! Carry On, Kevin!
The front end of the 70 Bee is very polarizing. I know they were looking to mimic a bee...but it was a bridge too far. Problem is the high cost of doing this magnitude of work far exceeds the value of a done to stock Bee. A restomod is probably the only hope. Good luck. Regarding the hood....a friend had a perfect bulge hood for sale 30 years ago for $ 50....no takers so it was scrapped since it took up space.
@@moparconnection Shame...but literally no one would pay $ 50 ! I think it was because none of the parts resellers thought they could resell it and didn't want to lug it around.

Oh man, what a sweet car! Thanks for watching!
Cool Car, B-Body's just look so awesome with the Big Tire mod...Let's hope it finds a good home !
They do, don't they? I wanted to run the Demon 17” 5-spoke wheels but the pattern is slightly off.
I’ve seen cars in worse shape than zombie, that have been rebuilt. Definitely worth saving 👍🏻
Same here!
