- Japanese rock sensation Yoshiki explains why he decided to create the documentary 'We Are X' about his band's rise to super stardom.
"This film can save people's lives. I did not want to do this film because it was too painful to hold on to sad memories. My father killed himself. I was so depressed. I was so angry. I was very suicidal, but I found rock and that I could express my feelings through this genre," said Yoshiki.
Highly respect Yoshiki. His music and character, a great gentleman he is.
