I started the anime in 2017, from the beginning I loved eremika's ship, but it was not very popular and many laughed or denied it outright. I got excited reading the last chapters of the manga and when I read the last one on 9th April, I cried a lot because the price for confirming their love has cost them their chance to be together. Many criticize the ending but I think it is simply because it focuses above all on "a tragic love that does not combine with the epic story." On the other hand, I think that Isayama could not create a better ending, making a bittersweet flavor remain in our hearts that will make us cry all our lives.
