You put too much butter, you only need about a table spoon of butter and add more if necessary. When cooking with butter, always use unsalted. Then you season with salt while cooking. This is to avoid your food to be too salty. Smash the garlic more to release it's aroma and flavor. Or mince/ thinly slice them.

it doesn't need more garlic you just forgot to slice it in half Lol! 2 - 3 cloves of garlic is good just slice it in half , garlic can overpower your dish gloco , be careful next time 😆, and also it's better if u fry the fish using olive oil first and then add the butter ( one stick is enough , dont put a 1/2 bar of butter lol i laughed when u dropped it like a soap) and pour the fat above the fish ( Baste) to finish it. Next time: Please use a bowl instead, then put the fillet in there 1. Put the olive oil in the bowl 2. Put all the seasoning you have, the pepper, use garlic powder instead, and salt 3. Mixed it and let it sit for 30 minutes in the bowl 4. fry it using olive oil, then don't put to much butter on it. 5. Thank me next time

Use unsalted for you to have a complete control over the taste. Make a paste out of the garlic by mincing it, then crushing it with a small pinch of salt. A bit More oil, less butter i think. Tilt the pan to get the most fat to baste.

Marinate the fish in lemon and black pepper kalamansi will do kung walang lemon. this method is ginagamit daw talaga sa isda sa tulad ng cream dori because may lansa ito na hindi matatanggal basta-basta kahit iluto mo ng mabuti. (30 minutes) 2. then gawin mo na yung exact same thing the way mo iluto. 3. wag mo lang gawin yung pagbuhos ng sauce on top of each fish (Baste) what you call pero hindi daw ito nagwowork sa fish. if meat po ng beef or lamb ang gamit it's ok. basting will keep it moist but not as juicy as u will expect po.
