This is spot on, especially the last part. I'm on my 5th prop challenge, and on my 4th challenge I passed phase 1 in less than a day by some miracle with trading eth back and forth in consolidation, and then i blew phase 2 in less than a week because I was over-confident, over-excited, and in a rush to pass it just as fast. Patience is key and every time I start a new one I tell myself I'll be patient and only take the smartest trades, and then things always end up going wrong lol

Same bro, I was doing good until going to big with lots. I felt overconfident and rushing to get funded. Ended up losing and revenge trading...I'll start a new challenge in few weeks with another mindset.

The risk percentage, is it on the daily drawdown amount or the account itself. e.g for a $6,000 that has a daily drawdown 3% ($180), is the risk percentage on the $6,000 or $180?
Very solid advice brother. Especially with that silly risk management thing that some people preach to do on the challanges. It's total garbage and if you have a solid system that you TRUST you won't need to increase neither decrease your risk.
Please help me to understand something, these prop firms want you to make 10% gain monthly before you can make withdrawals right? Every 10% then you can make a withdrawal. Based on my research 10% ROI yearly is what good traders make. So how are we as traders supposed to make 10% a month? In order to make this target each month, traders would have to be reckless with their accounts, or am I missing something? Please get back to me ASAP.
hey! no this is not correct You can withdraw basically anything you have made once funded. It's just the process of getting the account which requires you to profit usually 8-10% before they give you access
