not that i'm complaining but is it a trend these days when ppl comparing new character to jinhsi.. their jinhsi build is not good? is this more like trying to make carlotta look good? although i admit even without people doing that carlotta is still good this is not me trying to attack but that dmg is low (sorry just being honest) probably because you use 44111 and the atk is so low
Doesn't Jinhsi outro only increase the speed of getting her forte stacks?? when I used her dragon breath she already had max forte stacks, so how will her Dmg increase from using outro?
Nope, you have to use first Enhanced skill jinshi, fist of all rotation, proc her outro in the initial rotation, at all you have more forte points in the next E bacause of her outro.
carlotta does more with this team, zhezhi is a perfect fit for carlotta, however jihnsi is only able to take advantage of the resonance skill dmg bonus that zhezhi provides leaving her with room for improvement since there is still no resonator that buffs both resonance skill and spectro dmg

same case with c dmg mine 320%+

Shorekeeper's Liberation does provide a small amount of crit rate/dmg. It scales on her ER.
Echo cost 3 Atk + glacio is better than 2 glacio for Carlotta?
2 glacio is better than atk+ glacio but its not much, only 1-2% difference. so choose which has better substats.
