I hit the 1000th episode and seeing the opening was superrrrrrrr emotional 😢, just hearing the first openings music again (we are! 😭) and the flashbacks of all the straw hats in the episode ❤. I started OP a little over a year ago so I can only imagine how emotional/nostalgic it must have been for people watching/reading OP for many years to see that opening but I thought it was pretty funny seeing Shanks and his crew in the opening, 1000 episodes have passed and I still know so little about them! I need a Shanks flashback!!! 😠🤣 Couple of shocks first being that Jimbei returned (couldn't be happier ❤), Kyoshiro was Denjiro (it's crazy how he has been this Kyoshiro character for so long), I'm pretty sure Zoro used conquerors haki 😯, hearing about Kaidos son and then seeing his...son 🤨😅 (really like Yamato's character) and lastly that Kanjuro was the traitor but the most shocking thing was that he was actually a good artist hahahaha. From seeing the flashbacks of Oden and his retainers I honestly couldn't suspect anyone of being the traitor and it was pretty sad how the flashbacks of them all together were shown when Kanjuro died, they really were a family 😥. I would put Kaido killing Orochi as a shock but I had a feeling it would eventually happen ahahaha. That op was 😍 but it's true what you say about Shanks, I remember a couple of years ago Oda's editor said that Shanks would be making his move that year and I swear he appeared in 1 manga panel (I think it was when he read Luffy's bounty 😅) At this point Oda is just trolling us with them. Hahahaha Kanjuro the traitor, what hurts the most is that he made that Dragon from Zou suffer and he didn't need to, the poor Ryosuke? 🤔 didn't deserve that. Actually I've only watched the first 2 eps of the arc and Oden's flashback... and I'm ashamed to say that I'm like 30+ chapters behind 😌 but the animation and the art is 😍 Happy Easter!!!

"Making his move" I can imagine hearing that and then seeing that panel 😐🤣. I remember when I started OP you mentioned how Luffy was in your top 3 characters alongside Erwin and I can understand it, hes such a great character (so are all the straw hats honestly) and he's become one of my favourites over this incredible journey which I've really enjoyed sharing my updates, it's been a lot of fun 😁. Oh I recommend ep 982 which is Queens concert 😅 and episode 978 (the animation was crazy with Luffy, Law and Kid destroying one boat, they're hilarious together). It is obviously very significant for a demon to turn away from blood. At this point, I don't think many people would object to Nezuko slugging this guy in the face, however any move or any aggression, justifiable as it is, would probably have ended in her death. (Slight manga spoiler below) . . . . . . I am a little sad that we didn't get to learn just how significant the moment of Nezuko turning away really was. The fact that Shinazugawa is a Marechi - and a strong one at that - makes her turning away 10 times more significant and really shows just why everyone is so surprised and accepts it as evidence that she will never attack humans. We will probably learn it later with a flashback from him, but it would really show her mental fortitude to us, if it had been revealed now.
