    I love the practical exercise approach to getting stronger and the relation to sport specific movement. My daughter plays volleyball and has college aspirations. Many athletes her age only play and don't train. I want her to not only be able to maximize her potential through the addition of sport specific strength and mobility training, but also do as much as possible to prevent injury and extend her playing career as much as possible. Thank you, I look forward to more content!

      Yeah knees fingers shoulders back and standing foot, don’t know how to call that, are a must for preventing injuries in volleyball
