The first house is a beautiful home and very spacious only things missing are built in wardrobes in the two bedrooms, a proper walk in wardrobe for the master and better quality kitchen cupboards and layout.
How do you get out of there in case of an emergency? The bars do not appear to open. Maybe I’m commenting to early because surely builders should have thought about that. I wonder how that tile holds up to the constant movement of vehicles vs concrete. Those tiles need cleaning.
What is the fixation on a lot of car space. I'm from Jamaica and that's not a huge priority so that's why I ask. The houses are very beautiful and modern 😍
Perhaps is not a safe area to live in or perhaps the Builder lived during a time when there were Rebel armies. I would definitely research the history of the area before I purchase
@James Nelson... I’ve read that they don’t have a 911 system like in the US and I’ve also read some of the police don’t have cars. In short, while the US might have harsher crime, petty crime here does exist (burglary) that’s the reason for the bars.
Very nice but why are there bars on the windows in the downstairs living room? I would also need walk in closets in the bedrooms. Other than that, lovely. Thanks for showing!
Michael I really love your videos and the Houses you show but you tend to repeat yourself a lot, making the vid too long to watch, if you can keep the description short and precise. Great 👍
Hi Michael, how much is it going for and is this still available. I will also want to know the leased information, I mean the lease period please . Thank you
@@Doksimon Yes if the owners are paying you to help them sell, then if I were you I would go in measure each room/space you 're going to show. Then when filming you just step in the room/space then say the size even if reading from a note book
for $60,000 budget the only realistic way is to buy a land in another region of Ghana , like 1-2 away from Accra the capital. Then build from scratch. Otherwise even in Kumasi, cape cost etc you won’t get a modern house for $60,000

It would be great if you could mention the cost of the houses you are showing from the offset, save us wasting time watching only to find out, in the end, it's way too expensive! Or you could just put the prices in the title!!!
@@kennykross3306 ok thanks but you can suggest to the seller for next time because there is a lot of wide spaces in that house. A big walk in closet with shelves and lights plus a laundry room with shelves. Thx we all sharing knowledge. Together we are making Ghana Great !
Thats what I was thinking, you can buy a house in Atlanta, GA USA with 30 years mortgage for that price. I didnt even see where the salary is that high in Ghana, Even cheaper prices with sea views in other countries.
I am sorry to say ...the walls make the properties look like modern warèhouses...vèry ssterile and for the price too close to the houses on either side. The green space leaves a lot to be desired. The deep kitchen drawers are excellent. You can keep and find easily all your plastic bowls and lids.

I love the first home, It's truly georgous.
Wow I really love how 3 storey buildings were fitted on that plot of land
Absolutely beautiful
Great architect and a good builder
Your camera personel is very very good.
i love the plans
Beautiful Estate!
there isn't any emergency exit in the house why?
Beautiful. Well done.

The house is beautiful 😅
Beautiful!!
For the size of rooms the storage wardrobe in the master is minimal a walk in American style clothing soace would be better.
Why no built-in wardrobes in second/third bedrooms?
I’ve just started looking at 3bedroom house in Adenta or Agbogba. Please if a video of something like that in Adenta send the link

We just used to bars, nothing sinister going on in the area
Because we are all scared of armed robbers so we barricade ourselves in
The first livingroom looks more like 60sqm is very big

What about the public road? The public road does not seem to be finished.
It's still under construction though
great job. would luv to work with you sometime.
The island top should be bigger so that you can put stools there.

The houses are too close each over, but beautifull also and to much concret, needs more green...I guess you can order some trees...

How many cedis for the rentals?
