ji bilkul drop hota hai ... agar apke system ka setup .. 5 kg pressure ka hai to chiller ka 👉inlet 5 kg rahega aor outlet 4.5 ya 4.6 ke around mil sakta hai
Maximum hvac me copper ki pipe hoti hai .. use apko brizzing marna padega .. aor kahi kahi bade system me MS ki pipe milegi to use .. agar apko brizzing marna ata hai to aap marenge .. aor nahi ata to koi doosra marta hai ... Lekin pure iron ( loha ) ki pipe nahi hoti hai
dekho dost ...water cooled chiller me condenser ke shell me gas hogi aor tube me water hoga chahe jo company ka chiller ho aisa hi hoga.. 👉 lekin evaporator me change hota hai qki evaporator yaha pe👉 2 typ me hote hai 1. Fludded typ 2. Dry typ agar evaporator me shell me neeche ki side se gas inlet hai aoR oopar ki side se outlet hai ...aor tube side me water hai to wo fludded evaporator hoga ... aor agar evaporator ki tube side me gas hai aor shell me water hai to wo dry typ evaporator hoga....👍 i think apko samjh me aaya hoga baki kuch doubt ho to aap pooch sakte hai thank you 👍

Bhai agar vsd ya vfd nehi ho system may toh start delta connection may ek hi mode pe chalta hoga machine/ pumps . Uska speed ghatana ya barana nehi ho payega, tum celling fan ko agar regulator nehi dete ho toh serf or serf high speed mehi run karega bhai🤟.
Agar ham chahe to shell and tube typ me bhi economizer bana sakte hai .. economizer koi equipment ka naam nahi hai ye to bas kisi me bana diya jata hai jaha se heat transfer ho sake ... Ab chahe wo plate typ heat exchanger ya shell and tube typ..
System me agar miner leak hai yani ki jaise nut ya scrue ke pass se gas leak ho rahi hai .. to aap pahle us scrue ya nut me teplon tep lagake tite kare ... Aor agar kahi bada leak hai to ... To apko poori gas recovery karni padegi aor phir leak ko theek karna padega .uske baad nitrogen pressure dalke apko wapas se leak check karna hoga .. agar leak nahi mila to aap system ko vaccum karke gas daal dijiye
Pump down karke bhi kuch gas cylendar may bhar sakte hay agar bara leak ho jaye toh, refrigerant bahut kimti cheez hoti hay jitna possible utna bhar lena chahiye cylendar may. 600 tr chiller may bahut gas hoti hay...

3.517 cooling watt = 1 TR HOTA HAI 2.4 GPM = 1 TR HOTA HAI DOST...name plate pe apko GPM ya phir cooling capacity mil jayegi aap asani se nikal sakte ho tr 👉jaise 100 GPM likha hua hai to 100÷2.4 = 41 TR around to apka chiller 41 TR ka hai👉 aise hi aap cooling watt nikal sakte ho jaise 140 kilowatt cooling capacity hai to 140÷3.517= 39.8 tr around 40 TR ka chiller hai .. Abhi bhi koi doubt ho to pooch Lena dost 👍
