I love your knitting progress videos and seeing all your family traditions/holiday in Norway. You live in such a beautiful place!
Thank you so much! I feel very grateful to live here❤️
Oh my….I will add my “stunning” to all the others as there is no better word for it. I love seeing you so excited about her after the stress she caused you. I laughed out loud when you camera dropped outside and you peeked over the edge looking for it. So adorable….
Love your Charlie sweater! Thanks for sharing the process.
Thank you!
I’m also knitting the Charlie pullover as my first project for the year! Mine is striped with light pink and bright red 🫶🏼 exciting seeing it coming together!
It's such a fun project!! I already want to knit it again🙈 I love how it looks with stripes🤩 What a fun color combo too!
Your Charlie sweater looks so great! It fits you wonderfully!
Thank you! Im really happy with it❤️
Unbelievable!! You are an amazing knitter. The sweater is beautiful!! Thank you for sharing some family time, Christmas and church time, and the beautiful countryside. I loved to see your little guy skiing!!
Thank you!! I love making these videos, so I remind myself to capture some of those moments, so I'll have them to look back on myself, too🥰 I'm so excited that the skiing season is here!
WOW! She turned out beautiful. I think the fit and length are spot on. Amazing. ❤❤
Thank you! It was really meant to be❤️ It put me through A LOT of stress for a moment there, but in the end it's everything I wanted it to be🥰
Thank you for sharing glimpses into your family like and winter activities! So beautiful! And your sweater is perfect!!
Absolutely stunning, such a beautiful colour on you! Love these videos 🥰
Thank you so much!! I love the color too😍
Wow you finished this one so fast! I am reallt into red right now too. Amazing colour and the sweater suits you so well. As always loved the family footage!
I got to a point where I couldn't wait any longer and just had to have it off my needles and on my body😅 I love it so much!! Thank you🥰
Congratulations on finishing your Charlie Pullover. It fits perfect and looks amazing on you. I also noticed in one of the pictures your son had on his tractor sweater. Adorable as well. That was a lot of knitting in a few short days. Wear it with pride.
Thank you!! My son has started wearing the tractor sweater, and it's a favorite of both him and his dad, so it's the go-to sweater now🥹
It ended up being a lot in just a few days, but I just couldn't wait any longer. I'm so happy with it!!
I just made the paul sweater by moreca knits and i can highly recomend that too! Has a lot of short rows also, and is nicely oversized 😄
Yes! The bright green Cardigan I wore for a bit of this video is actually the Paul Cardigan by Morecaknit💚 I love that one so much!
I'm sitting here, wearing my Charlie Pullover (yes, really) and just realized by watching you that I picked up the stitches for the collar the wrong way 🤣
How fun that you're wearing the same sweater!!
It might have been me doing it wrong too? How did you do it?
@@norwegianknitter It's one of my favorites! I think your way makes more sense. I held the yarn above the collar and picked up stitches through the left leg of the stitch. It doesn't look bad or untidy, but it left tiny little gaps. I was a little confused with this part of the instructions. I had never picked up stitches in the middle of stockinette before. I tried to look up tutorial videos, but couldn't find anything and that was the solution I came up with. Not a terrible solution, but thanks to you I know a better way now!
@imperfected6513 I think it's going to be one of my favorites too!
I think my pattern has morecaknits own tutorial for how to do it linked?
But it was the trickiest part of the construction for me too
@@norwegianknitter I knit mine right when it came out. At this point, it had video tutorials for everything else, but not this part. However, I did receive an updated version of the pattern a few months ago. Maybe she added a tutorial! Since then I never had a problem with her patterns, usually she writes so clearly, even the complicated steps.
Your version turned out so beautiful! Mine is actually also red, just a darker shade, like a wine color 🙂
Ahhh! That explains it! My pattern was in Danish as she hasn't translated to Norwegian yet, so it was the closest I could get, so I was very thankful for the video tutorials when it came to the more complicated steps😅
So excited when I saw another one of your vlogs to come out!
That makes me so happy to hear🥹 I have knit the Paul Cardigan and now the Charlie Pullover, and I highly recommend those! But I'm sure all her patterns are the same high quality❤️
Just beautiful ❤ I love these vlogs. You are a talented film maker as well as knitter.
Thank you🥹 That makes me so happy to hear!
@@norwegianknitter you are welcome.
Watching this tonight was just what I needed xx
🥰
Well, young lady, good job!! I feel as proud of you as if you were my own. Maybe I could be Auntie Jean! Keep up the fine work.😅
Thank you❤️ You can be Auntie Jean🥰
So happy for you to finish your Charlie pullover so that it fits perfectly 👌 I You are such a resilient knitter, you never give up 🙂
Thank you so much!! I'm so happy with how it ended up fitting me❤️ And as a bonus, it's SO comfortable😍
As usual a great vlog- thank you. One minute you’re just joining in the round and then suddenly you’ve finished!! So quick. Especially considering everything else you have managed in January.
Really enjoyed watching. 👍
Thank you! It really sped up once I got to the point where I joined in the round😅 I was ready to have it off my needles and on my person😍
Great job! Congratulations!
It is absolutely lovely! ❤
Also love the Norwegian scenery, all the fun with your family and the gorgeous wintery sky over there!
Thank you so much❤️
I love the sunsets and sunrises we get here during winter!
Your Charlie sweater is stunning. It fits you so well and the color is great. Congratulations.
Thank you so much!! I'm so happy I decided on this as my Christmas cast on, and that I chose this red color! I think red is the perfect color for this sweater and me❤️
Jättefin! Jag har sneglat många gånger på Charlie tröjan.
Tusen takk!! Den var så gøy å strikke også! Anbefales😍
That pullover in red looks stunning 🤩
Thank you! I love it so much🥰
Beautiful Charlie Pullover ❤
Thank you❤️
Nicely done!
Thank you!!
Beautiful lipstick red color! I head about this yarn, is it sweet and confortable? Red is definitely your colour ❤❤
Are you planning to knit a matching béret, beanie or scarf? It would make a beautiful ensemble ❤😍
I love the color!! The yarn is really soft and comfortable❤️
I was thinking about making something matching, but now that I don't have any leftover yarn, I'm probably not going to do that
Love it, congratulations, well done.
