I am a fitness instructor and I use RUclips Red for all my classes and by far this is way better than power music. This is not cheesy and it gets you going. Keep stuff like this coming! I teach kickbox, low-impact, step, aquarobics, and cardio dance. Thank you for this awesome mix!
Wow!! I Used this all this week with three different aerobics groups and talking about pumped I go in about 30 mins early to set up my class and I put this on as I was setting up and I was pumped even more while I was waiting for the group. I have three different levels and we all got a good sweat on. I love them all but this is far more better than all..the choice of songs many I used while instructing in Europe and Asia. Hooah!!!!
