In my gym class we had more boys than girls (one extra boy to be exact). I really didn't feel like doing square dancing, so while everyone was pairing off, I kind of hung back to avoid getting matched. I thought my plan worked, bc I avoided getting paired off, but the gym teacher wasn't having it. She made me Square Dance with myself. All the rest of the kids are awkwardly fumbling with each other and I'm there like a loser just dancing around in circles by myself. I can't even imagine how hilarious that would've looked.
I actually have a similar memory. 2/3 of the class had to do square dancing, I was the in 1/3 that didn’t have to do it. And I remember clapping enthusiastically with my two mortified friends having to do this.
He talked about writing girls in high school, notes with "an eyeball, a chair + 'ish' you", to tell her "I cherish you". Then he talked about ruining fire hydrant day trying to be cute and playful like he seen another guy do with a girl, but ended up almost drowning her 😂
I wish there was a TV series about Anthony's childhood...it would be the funniest, saddest show ever...imagine his dads character "you ain't getting sympathy from me, pissy eyes" hahaha
