Hi Harshad, personally I've experienced that employers in countries like Ireland, UK usually do not hire people that exclusively need Visa Sponsorship. I was personally invited for 2 interviews over zoom call and got to the 3rd round of interview and in the end the HR asked whether I needed visa or work permit, and as soon as I said yes, their tone changed and said their decision will be pending. Even some of my friends have faced this kind of issue.
Hi Rohit, It is true that not all companies offer visa sponsorship as it required pre-approval from Federal State agency of country. But there are few which does this pre approval when they are hiring on larger scale or on high priority. So it depends on company as well as profile of the applicant.
