Fishing With POOP BAITS! They Actually WORK!

- We thought it was a joke, but it's real! Bass actually eat poop baits! There is a new category of baits making waves in bass fishing. Heave/Gravity/Poop baits, are plastics that are weighted with extra salt and scent. They are designed to rig weightless and have a unique action that drives bass crazy. When they hit the water, they have a nice horizontal fall that mimics dying baitfish. When they hit the bottom they can mimic an injured crawfish or baitfish. And bass freaking love them! We put the Deps Cover Scat to the test on a small lake the other day to see if they work, and man were we surprised!

The deuce is loose. The Scat flat wipes the bass.
Fun fact: caught my largest bass (23”) in the knuklhed with the Cover Scat.
Downside is the Cover Scat is delicate and can get torn up on one fish.

Love the cover scat. Pumpkin cheesecake has been my best flavor so far. Let it sink and give it some hard pops. It’s an awesome bait. Just not durable at all lol but it works! I have the missile baits bomba on the way.

I've used the one by Yammamoto and caught fish. I didn't have as heavy a rod as I needed either. Surprisingly I even caught some fishing it real fast as a topwater. But I have never heard of the brand you were using or even seen it for sale anywhere.

These type of baits are a bank anglers dream.cast a mile ,slow sink rate and weedless. I see that alot of anglers complain about the price but i usually average 4 fish before the yamatanuki gets torn up .25cents a fish is too much?
