Love your videos, we're starting our own rental business and your input has been a great help! I was curious- do you have any sort of software that helps with route planning/employee tasking? We're interested in using booqable, but unlike some other rental software, it doesn't seem to feature any sort of route planning. Have you found any efficiencies for that?

How do you know your costumers will chose the correct one? and how do you determine how much to charge? We are going on our 2nd year and 3rd rental season. Couple big companies in my area use booqable but with a submit quote not a deposit
I’m guessing this is so they can pick their orders a little and feed out the low customer spending
If it’s a slow week I guess they can accept the small orders
I’m guessing they can pick the items to buy if it’s a big order etc.
Maybe they get more orders as talking to people can book in a order better then online deposit

ATM I do 0-4 day hire
People always seem to go longest dates 😂
And even then return items late
Do you have a late fee if they say hire 2 days but return it on 3rd day even when they put only 2 days on the booqable.
Should I go 0-2 day hire then for 2-4 day increase the price
As my prices are below big company’s my items get booked out fast

They are called Move it. I have seen them marketed as a piano dolly.
