Have you tested tested William with Arthur as primary. Sure you realize that has an instant proc as well. Just curiuos if that would allow Phillip to be with another commander and add another march with instant proc.

Guan, since your Rag + Philipp already has a 40+35 Defence bonus and Guan only 10% + Scipio's 20% Health. so the tankiness is more required on a Guan Scip rather than a Rag Philipp
Philip work behind any troop type, but trades a way better if you run him with LC, or ZL, so put Philip behind Arthur is waste for both com. They are both strong, they gona perform good, but that is 100% not the best pair for those two commanders. Arthur is better like skill dmg, bcs of his pairing, also a lot of the ppl run herman p, twilight city skin etc all thing releated for skill dmg.

Ragnar - Scipio
Huo - Beli
