All jokes aside here, Junko was right. It's so easy for Misaka and Shokuhou to commit a perfect crime. Misaka can control all electrical devices and can even hack into systems. And Shokuhou can alter people's memories or even make them do whatever she wants. Basically if these 2 were to rob a bank they can just do it easily.

I think Junko's more than capable of defending herself. She is afterall, arguably the strongest level 4 in Academy City. And at full power she even reaches Level 5 combat capabilities.

Well Etsu (No⁶) knows that Touma lost his memories and offered a way to fix it so 6 knows about Touma and Shokuhou. And Shokuhou seems to know the real Etsu so the connection between this three is interesting.

Pierce has a specific chara design and personality, so it means he's an important character, he's just not developped yet.

The 6th ranked isn't a 'strong' esper in the sense of combat, though. His ability is revealed in one of the newer LN's when Touma meets Aihana Etsu in the hospital; he has no direct combat ability at all, even less so than Shokuhou's. His identity is still unknown but we know what he can do, and it's not fight.
As far as i know, aihana's power kinda like lending ideal and identity to other for enhanced strength. Maybe it could be interpreted as dream or maybe not, im so curious the true identity of lv 5 #6

Yes, that is Saraku of MEMBER. He's the one Accelerator referred to as having a "piss-poor" teleportation ability. Level 3 esper due to the limitations of said ability, according to Thor.
Etsu Aihana's ability was to share his skills towards others, and to build whatever the target deaires. That was Pierce and his clinginess to Touma. Etsu hides his true intentions. Pierce had his intentions hudden. Etsu hates hypocrisy. Pierce was too, he was too straightforward. Touma tells people do not mess with him. Etsu wasn't one to mess up. Etsu and Pierce was suspiciously absent in most of the arcs. That's it guys, all in for Etsu and Pierce being linked, if not being the same person.
It's probably just as well a lot of the dialogue by A Certain BLAU got (koff-koff) bleeped out ... Hokaze Junko-chan is Way Too Pure to be corrupted by that foul filth. Perhaps that's one reason why, based on Astral Buddy content to date, she and Sogita Gunha could one day be a Perfect Match for each other.

I'm still sure Pierce is Number 6, because there's no way this secondary character could have such a specific chara design (blue hair, closed eyes, a defined personality. He's not just the random classmate of Touma)

I haven't read the novel or even the manga myself, so I guess number 6 ability is something about his mind, a lot of people are joking saying that he's everywhere in every scenes and that he's invisible, so maybe he's a collective mind, and the shadow you mentionned is just a materialisation.
I'm still sure Pierce is Number 6, because there's no way this secondary character could have such a specific chara design (blue hair, closed eyes, a defined personality. He's not just the random classmate of Touma)
