What about the materials? Is it teflon? So is it less safe than the oven model which is stainless steel?

the basket is coated in a type of teflon, said to be better... Comparing it to stainless steel I would say it is less safe still.

@@ChefDawg Thank you. I decided to go with the Dual Heat Air fryer/Oven to give it a try. Of course that one also has some pros and cons.

Great review! I've had commercial grade double ovens--- it DOES take a little learning curve to operate both in tandem effectively. As they too are obviously stacked.
