"world's smallest minority people"? Not quite. There are ~80,000 people on Isle of Man, more than many other ethnic or linguistic minorities.

Justus Hall not everyone on the Isle of Man is ethnically Manx.... in a cultural, ethnolinguistic sense.
Might be wrong but it’s something like 15%, think that qualifies the definition of one of the world smallest minority people.
