Another question 😅 Tax: If i control 3 province and every province have a value "2" tremis on and i play "Tax" action ; 1- i can "change" coins on province taxed with my coins under the screen and in this case take 2 coins with value "2" and put a coin "1" from my reserve in a province (of course one just taxed) 2- Same as point 1 but i have no coins ( or i don t want reveal It).. take only 2? Take 4? Thank you!

A province you control. That is either a starting province or a province that you have Claim. Having a unit (Warrior / King) doesn't grant control.
