I am telling you, we are one in the same! How I wish I had found your channels when I still lived up in GA. I am a fool for stickers in my planner for no other reason than I like stickers ... they don’t match and no rhyme or reason other than everyone gets a birthday sticker on their day (maybe I get like 10). 😆
Also, I just realized I have the same chair in my office, except it’s a pale pink. I picked it up years ago at a church rummage sale years ago simply because “I had to have it” and it’s the best reading chair! Enjoy your time off!

Thank you! I started planning a couple years ago and was quickly overwhelmed by all the "plan with me" videos. I plan to stay organised and not feel overwhelmed or stress about messing up a pretty layout. Good to know there are others like me: functional planning with a little extra from stickers and such.

This is part of why I don't always post PWM videos consistently because I'm mostly planning to get it out of my head 🤣

I use a Jibun Techo Days currently, while I finish my thesis. I am more into functional planning instead of pretty planning. I do not like to bulk up my planners so much with stickers and washi. I do use both but not as much as others.

I am always excited for planner videos and I think for many the fear of planners not looking like the aesthetic things we see on social media keeps people from paper planning so love that you shared yours doesn’t look like that.

Ok, no judgement for anyone like this...but being symmetrical and perfect in a planner sounds exhausting to me 😳. My planner is always a mess but just the act of writing stuff down helps organize my mind and de-stress. I use different colored flair pens and that’s as fancy as I get.
Yes I started out thinking it all had to be perfect and it may have looked lovely but it didn’t help me at all! If it doesn’t work for us there’s truly no point right?

I've heard you mention before that you have more than one planner. So I was going to ask why would you have more than one planner, but then I heard you say in this one that you have one for home and one for work. How does that work, do they overlap? Or do you have to keep consulting both? Just curious.

It’s pretty simple - I just mark out blocks of time in my life planner that say “work” and then in my work planner I specify how I’m spending that time, projects I’m working on, my social media posting schedule and all the other things like financial reminders that are specific to the business. Hope that helps!
